Qualifications

1. A doctoral degree (preferred) or master's degree in the field of Hospitality or Tourism Management.

2. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the undergraduaduate level.

3. Have published research in peer reviewed journals or conference proceedings in the past five years.

4. Candidates should have experience working in hospitality or tourism field.

Responsibilities

1. Teach 3-4 classes per semester in the department.

2. Develop teaching materials for assigned classes.

3. Revise class materials when needed.

4. Assist in the department's curriculum development and management.

5. Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.

6. Advise students on their academic plan and performance.

7. Participate in department and university meetings, activities, and events.
