Communications and International Marketing Manager, International Affairs 1 position

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing plans to enhance the university's global reputation and attract international students and faculty.
    • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the university's international brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Digital Marketing: Manage the university's digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and SEO to increase online visibility and engagement.
    • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, such as articles, brochures, videos, and presentations, to promote the university's international programs and initiatives.
    • Event Management: Plan and execute international recruitment events, conferences, and workshops, both online and in-person.
    • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with international media outlets to secure positive media coverage.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • International Partnerships: Collaborate with international partners to develop joint initiatives and promote student and faculty exchange programs.

Qualifications:

    • Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in media and communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in Public Relations or marketing (ideally within an educational context)

Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
