Digital Marketing: Manage the university's digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and SEO to increase online visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, such as articles, brochures, videos, and presentations, to promote the university's international programs and initiatives.
Event Management: Plan and execute international recruitment events, conferences, and workshops, both online and in-person.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with international media outlets to secure positive media coverage.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
International Partnerships: Collaborate with international partners to develop joint initiatives and promote student and faculty exchange programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in media and communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in Public Relations or marketing (ideally within an educational context)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Program Development: Identify opportunities for new short-term exchange and study programs, including faculty-led programs, student exchange programs, and summer programs.
Program Design: Develop comprehensive program curricula, including academic components, cultural experiences, and logistical arrangements.
Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner institutions to facilitate student and faculty exchange.
Student Recruitment: Recruit students for international programs through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and university events.
Program Delivery: Oversee the implementation of programs, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for participants.
Budget Management: Manage program budgets, including tuition fees, travel costs, and accommodation expenses.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international programs, such as health and safety concerns.
Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in international education, higher education administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in international education, preferably in program development and management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
