International Programming Manager, International Affairs 1 position

Responsibilities:

    • Program Development: Identify opportunities for new short-term exchange and study programs, including faculty-led programs, student exchange programs, and summer programs.
    • Program Design: Develop comprehensive program curricula, including academic components, cultural experiences, and logistical arrangements.
    • Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner institutions to facilitate student and faculty exchange.
    • Student Recruitment: Recruit students for international programs through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and university events.
    • Program Delivery: Oversee the implementation of programs, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for participants.
    • Budget Management: Manage program budgets, including tuition fees, travel costs, and accommodation expenses.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international programs, such as health and safety concerns.
    • Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in international education, higher education administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in international education, preferably in program development and management.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
